What is Good Karmal?

Below are answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding ordering business gifts:
Can you pack up and ship our gifts out to our gift list?
Absolutely! It is our goal to make sending out business gifts as simple as possible. Deliveries can be made in bulk to you, or we can ship gifts directly to the recipients, complete with a personalized gift card. If you are sending to more than 20 recipients and prefer to send us a list of addresses rather than go through the website, please use our Multiple Shipment spreadsheet.
If I want an order delivered at a future date, when should I order?
We would love it if you would order as early as you’d like — we like to plan! You can place your order as soon as you have all the information. We’ll be sure to prepare your gifts fresh for the scheduled ship date.
Is there a discount if I order a bunch?
You betcha! We are happy to offer volume discounts on your business gift orders, allowing you to save between 5% and 15% on the total order (see chart below). These discounts are on a per-order basis, excluding shipping, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Please note that we require extra lead time to plan for larger orders, so please contact us with the details as early as possible. Additionally, with large orders we can often offer complimentary customization services with enough lead time.

Can you bill my company for corporate orders?

Could you include my business card in my gifts?
Yes, we’d be happy to include your business card along with any additional materials in the package. We can also keep your cards on file to include each time you place an order.
How soon should I place my order for the holidays?
It is never too early to order. November/December is our busiest time of the year. We suggest organizing your list and contacting us as early as possible. We prioritize orders on a first-come, first-served basis and our holiday schedule fills up quickly.
