What is Good Karmal?
Good Karmal is all-natural, Kosher-certified, artisanal caramel available in melt-in-your-mouth flavors including Vanilla, Sea Salt, Caramel Apple, Chocolate Sea Salt, Café Caramel, and Chipotle. What makes it one-of-a-kind is the keepsake fortune that comes wrapped around each piece featuring a quote to inspire.

What are my custom options?
For all of our Good Karmal gifts, we can custom design the fortune that wraps around each piece of caramel at no extra charge ($100 minimum purchase required).
Printed on translucent colored vellum, custom fortunes can incorporate colors, logos and hand-picked quotes to tie into corporate messaging and occasions. Here’s how!
Gift Packaging Options
From individual caramels to elegant custom gift boxes and everything in between, we offer a diverse set of packaging and price options for your promotional needs.
Our Classic Gift Baskets and Winter Gift Baskets ($45-$140) come artfully arranged in a mocha brown or grass green keepsake basket hand-woven from the leaf of the Pandan tree, which is a completely renewable resource. Each basket is elegantly finished with cellophane and tied with a satin ribbon. Custom options include: custom fortunes and custom printed satin ribbon.
Our Wild Grass Gift Boxes ($25-$110) a gorgeous, eco-friendly gift gift packaged in a unique gift box made from wild grass and 100% recycled boxboard. Available in a green/brown color combination or an all red style, they are elegantly finished with cellophane and topped with a color coordinating satin ribbon or custom printed sleeve. Custom options include: custom fortunes, custom printed sleeve around the box, and custom printed satin ribbon.
Our award-winning Classic Gift Box ($25-$40) is a memorable keepsake gift with caramels nestled in a mocha brown box hand-woven from the leaf of the Pandan tree. Our Flavor Sampler Pack ($10) presents all of our exceptional flavors in an earthy pillow pack topped with a satin ribbon.

Can you pack up and ship our gifts out to our gift list?
Absolutely! It is our goal to make sending out business gifts as simple as possible. Deliveries can be made in bulk to you, or we can ship gifts directly to the recipients, complete with a personalized gift card. If you are sending to more than 20 recipients and prefer to send us a list of addresses rather than go through the website, please use our Multiple Shipment spreadsheet.
If I want an order delivered at a future date, when should I order?
Order as early as you’d like — we like to plan! You can place your order as soon as you have all the information. We’ll be sure not to cook your caramels until the scheduled ship date.
Is there a discount if I order a bunch?
You betcha! We are happy to offer volume discounts on your business gift orders, allowing you to save between 5% and 15% on the total order (see chart below). These discounts are on a per-order basis, excluding shipping, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Please note that we require extra lead time to plan for larger orders, so please contact us with the details as early as possible. Additionally, with large orders we can often offer complimentary customization services with enough lead time.

Can you bill my company for corporate orders?
Sure! Please contact us at corporategifts@goodkarmal.com to discuss setting up a company account.
Will you include my business card in my gifts?
Yes, we’d be happy to include your business card along with any additional materials in the package. We can also keep your cards on file to include each time you place an order.
How soon should I place my order for the holidays?
It is NEVER TOO EARLY to order. November/December is our busiest time of the year. We suggest organizing your list and contacting us as early as possible. We prioritize orders on a first-come, first-served basis and our holiday schedule fills up quickly, so folks ordering at the last minute have been left sadly without Good Karmal in years past. Don’t let it happen to you!
