Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! All of our personalized caramel wedding favor options are entirely customizable with your names or initials, the date, your specific colors, and favorite quotes or messages.
We appreciate as much lead time as possible to work with you on your personalized designs. Once the design mock-ups are approved, we require approximately two weeks for printing, assembly and shipping.
Our caramels are gluten-free, certified Kosher Dairy, and made in a nut-free facility for worry-free gifting.
Our pricing includes minimum order quantities, which vary for each personalized wedding favor we offer.
We can ship to any address within the continental U.S, plus Alaska and Hawaii.
Our event favor options include individually packaged sleeves, bags, and boxes, as well as loose caramels that are not individually packaged.
Packaged favors are often used as place settings, escort card displays or seating chart installations, welcome bag treats, or takeaway gifts; bulk caramels are great for dessert bars or DIY favors.
We are happy to work with your color palette when creating your personalized designs so that the custom wedding favor caramels are a perfect match.
Your custom message(s) can be printed on the individual caramel wrappers, on favor sleeves, and the labels on bags and boxes. So yes — absolutely!
You bet! We offer three caramel flavors (Vanilla, Sea Salt, and Chocolate Sea Salt) and you can create the perfect mix for your guests.
Rush production is often possible. Please reach out to us as soon as you can with the details and we will check to see if there is room in our schedule for a rush custom order.
We like to deliver event favors and caramels approximately one week prior to the big day just to be safe. As long as they are stored in a cool, dry area, they will be great for at least 4-6 weeks.
